It’s been a while! Our last BLog post was back in 2025, which feels like ages ago by now. I know we’re starting to sound like a broken record, but the reason for the silence here as of late is… we’ve been busy! A good busy for sure, but it nevertheless pains us to leave the wonderful readers of our long-form BL ramblings hanging… so we figured we’d share a quick update on the things we’ve been working on lately, and reassure you that we’re still alive and kicking (our feet at cute ukes/size difference/problematic age gap yaoi).

Spring is here! To many people that means the scent of melting snow, the blooming of flowers surrounded by freshly green leaves, beautiful warm weather, cute spring clothes, the excitement as summer approaches, etc. etc. but for me…

It means J.GARDEN is back again, baybeeeeee!!

I unfortunately had to miss J.GARDEN 56 due to going back to the States for the first time in two years, which was devastating (though, nice to see my family and enjoy Minnesota’s fall weather), but thankfully Sou was there to step in and pick up all the books I wanted. (Including all of Jiro Kawaii’s!) Either way, I’m stoked for J.GARDEN 57.
